Removing multiple Buildings

To delete multiple buildings, follow these steps in the building list view:

Select the desired buildings from the list.
Right-click on the list view.
Choose "Delete X buildings" from the context menu, where X is the number of selected buildings.

💡

Note that your selected buildings will remain highlighted even if you navigate to the next page of buildings or search for other buildings. The context menu will display the total number of keys you are about to delete.

A confirmation dialog will appear. Deleting a building will also delete all associated data like keys, contracts, alatms data, attachments and comments.

If you use Field devices, and one of them is associated to a building you are deleting. The device will be moved to the parent organization unit. Also all contracts’s pincodes associated to the deleted building will be clear from the device.

💡

Note that deleting a building can take some time. Do not leave the browser after deleting one or more buildings.
