Settings for the organization
To access the organization & settings, click on "Organization" in the left menu. The view consists of two blocks: the organization tree on the left and the settings for the selected organization on the right.
Organization settings provide a comprehensive way to manage behavior across the entire hierarchy. Inheritance of settings is key to this functionality, as lower-level settings will apply to all sibling levels unless overridden by a higher-level unit.
An example of inheritance for the organization:
- Organization
- Country
- Area
- Town
- Building
The language set at the Organization level will be applied throughout the hierarchy, including all sibling levels (Country, Area, Town, and Building). If the language is changed at the Country level, the new setting will be applied to all its siblings (Area, Town, and Building).

General
Language & Timezone
Language and timezone settings configured at the organization unit level will be applied across the entire organization. You can easily create multinational setups by creating organization units for each country and setting their respective language and time zones.
The timezone will be set for key automats during the installation phase. If an organization unit does not have a specific timezone, the nearest unit's timezone will be used. If that timezone is also unavailable, the organization's default timezone will be applied.
If the organization timezone is changed after the key automat is installed, the new timezone won’t apply to the key automat. Instead, please change the timezone directly for the already installed key automats.
Agreements
Organization unit Terms and Conditions are documents that your customers must agree to. You can add one document per organization unit and language. You can make the Terms and Conditions mandatory for all key handover processes. This will require your customers to approve the document before receiving their keys.
Attachments
Attachments can be uploaded to each organization unit. These can be any documents or files that staff need to find and access quickly.
Comments
Comments are a generic feature in the Livion system. You can add comments to any organizational unit.
Security
2-factor authentication
Enforce Two-Factor Authentication for all organization users. This requires all users to use Two-Factor Authentication when signing in.
iLOQ
API user credentials
You can fill in iLOQ API credentials which will be used by iLOQ integration. API credentials are automatically inherited from the higher levels to all sub-organizations
Webhook subscription
Webhook subscription feature will deliver iLOQ lock events into the LivionKey system. Used to detect when the user has entered some building with S50 mobile keys.
Templates
Sender information
When sending emails and SMS, sender information is used. The end customer will see the email and SMS coming from your company, typically in the form of a company or business name. It's important to note that the sender's email address will still be @livionKey.com.
You can read more about sender information in SMS from here

This editor allows the use of predefined variables and also enables notification previews with example data.
Notifications

The key was not returned in time.
When the contract ends, and keys are not returned, a notification will be sent to all users listed. You can also select a notification to the contract contact person. Remind feature will send notifications in the selected interval once keys are returned.
Key automat alarms
Several types of accidents may require the operator to take action, such as automatic movement detected, Wi-Fi connection lost, power cable disconnected, low battery, connection lost, and key automat out of order, which usually occurs when a key is blocking the door from closing.
Privacy
Front camera disabled
