Key contracts

Key contracts display all contracts for keys based on the selected filters. This lets you easily locate contracts for specific individuals, buildings, keys, or active periods. The free text search feature offers flexibility in your search process.

Key contracts notifications

Key contracts support both email and SMS notifications. These can be enabled when creating, signing, updating, or receiving a key contract. You can preview the notifications that will be sent and follow the notification status.

An Admin user from the Organization view can customize key contract notifications. Please refer to:

Update or delete the contract

To update or delete a contract, use the 3-dot menu on the right side of the contract row.
