User roles

In the application, each user is assigned a role that determines the operations they can perform.

Their organisation unit still restricts the user's access to resources.

Only viewer

This role is limited to viewing information in the application without being able to modify anything. For example, a viewer may only be able to see who currently holds a certain key.

User

A user is typically assigned this role to carry out daily operations within the system.

In keyregister, this role is used for persons who hand over and receive keys daily.

Advanced user

This role includes all privileges except for the ability to add new users or modify organization units.

Admin

An admin has full access to the system, with no restrictions on what they can do.

User roles in Access for S50

In access for S50, the User role can be assigned to a technician who will add keys to the system and be able to open lockers remotely if needed.
