Key automat settings

Connectivity

You can configure the key automat to use a Wi-Fi network in the connection section.

💡
The Wi-Fi MAC address is also provided. Use the MAC address for a secure connection to your Wi-Fi network through MAC address filtering.

Address

You can relocate the key automat to a different building and change its label from this section.

Timezone

Timezone affects key automats for the time-based access schedules.

The timezone will be set for key automats during the installation phase. If an organization unit does not have a specific timezone, the nearest unit's timezone will be used. If that timezone is also unavailable, the organization's default timezone will be applied.

If the organization timezone is changed after the key automat is installed, the new timezone won’t apply to the key automat. Instead, please change the timezone directly for the already installed key automats.

Privacy

This section allows you to disable the front camera and choose the duration for storing front camera images and videos.

Other Settings

While default settings should be sufficient in most cases, you can modify them as needed.

Audio Volume: Adjust the loudness of the key automat's voice prompts.

Anti-theft Sensitivity: Determine the responsiveness of the alarm system.

Door Opening Time - Return Code: Set the number of seconds the door will remain open when using a return code.

Door Opening Time - Contract PIN-code: Set the number of seconds the door will remain open when using a contract PIN-code.

Sometimes, the key automat will automatically determine the appropriate duration for keeping the door open.

Key automat specific custom text for email and SMS templates

You can define a custom text that will be added automatically to notifications for key contracts targeted to specific key automate. The information could be instructions on accessing the key automat or map link for the automat location.

Pincode Sync

Link Livion KeyPads or iLOQ Online Readers to the key automat to synchronize all contract pin codes.

Groups

Create groups and add devices to them. These groups filter the devices list view, making managing and locating specific devices easier. For instance, you could create an "Area 1" group that includes all devices in that area.
